Not-for-Profit executives are invited to join us Thursday, June 21, 2018 in Washington, DC to connect, communicate and collaborate with your peers while learning and discussing best practices in non-profit governance.

Since 1946, the Society for Corporate Governance has been a positive force for responsible corporate governance. This year at our National Conference we have added for the first time a special Thursday track especially for non-profit organizations. It includes sessions on board composition and removal, directors' fiduciary duties and liability, recent tax law changes, and oversight of risk management. The day ends with a reception just for Not-for-Profit attendees. You're also invited to attend the general session on "The Board Role in Corporate Culture" featuring former US Attorney General Eric Holder and well as the lunch with author J.D. Vance (Hillbilly Elegy).

The Not-for-Profit rate is just $395 (the rate for the full conference is $1,695).
