Many state bars and CLE boards regularly grant continuing legal education credits to conference attendees. The Society for Corporate Governance has contracted with CEU Institute, a nationally accredited CLE and CE provider, to manage the CLE process for our attendees. Applications for the National Conference and Ethics workshop have been submitted to all states with a CLE requirement. The conference is also often eligible for CPA or paralegal credits.
Attendance at all conference sessions must be reported on-site with the attendance tracker and attendees will be contacted with credit information following the conference. Please check with your individual jurisdiction.
