Important Note on Venue Access

All attendees will be required to accept Meta’s standard Visitor Terms and non-disclosure agreement to enter their conference space. These terms are provided for your reference in the link to our Conference Code of Conduct. Attendees must acknowledge acceptance of these terms at the security desk upon check-in on the first day of the conference. The acknowledgment is only required once.

Program Details

We are applying for double-digit CLE/CPE credits, including:

• 2 hours of Ethics
• 1 hour of DEI
• 1 hour of Cybersecurity

Throughout the event, we're featuring a a dynamic mix of panel discussions, interviews, and networking sessions. The agenda will include timely and critical topics such as:

• Generative AI and Governance
• Regulatory and Judicial Developments
• Delaware Corporate Law Updates
• Geopolitical Risk
• And much more

You'll enjoy ample time networking with your colleagues to spark ideas and discussion on the key topics facing the governance community to equip you with the right tools to address any weather pattern. Expect the same exceptional caliber of speakers and panelists as in past years—plus a few surprises to help prepare you for whatever governance "weather" lies ahead (pro tip: pack layers!).

Registration will be available starting with breakfast at 8:00 am each day of the conference. More details on speakers and sessions are noted below.

Please note: While we have not reserved a hotel block, there are many excellent lodging options near Hudson Yards for your convenience.
