Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

Many state bars and boards regularly grant continuing legal education credits to conference attendees. Prior to the conference, the Society will apply to several states (including California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin) for CLE accreditation of the Ethics workshops and conference business sessions.

Be sure to list the state(s) for which you want CLE credit on the conference registration form.

IMPORTANT:  Attendees must sign in for CLE credit on site for all sessions since each program will be reviewed and approved individually. Also, verification of all sessions attended over the course of the conference, must be recorded at the CLE desk. Be advised that CLE approval notices are not always received prior to the conference. Business sessions at the conference may be eligible for CPA or paralegal credits. Please check with your individual jurisdiction.
